Customer : Sports Goods Manufacturing Co.
Project : iPayment module set up, integration of Credit Card Processing With AR and production support
    Sycamore added the functionality of iPayment to the existing modules of Oracle Applications.  The customer processes the orders on the external system for credit card invoices. The customer was required to authorize and capture the Credit card invoice amount manually for each transaction. The objective of the project was to create an automated process that would run at a preset time of the day to authorize the order amount, generate credit card invoices for these orders, create automatic receipts and capture the payment. This was achieved by doing the business process analysis, adding necessary set ups and developing customized programs. Sycamore has been providing post Go-Live support to this functionality as well as to the whole suite of Oracle Financials modules at this customer from onsite as well as offshore on the ongoing basis resulting in tremendous cost savings for the customer.
 
Customer : Non-profit Organization for film actors and other related workers
Project : Development Of Customer Specific Application And  Integration With AR
  The customer needed to handle all activities regarding its member registration independent of their regular business activity, carry out application specific accounting transactions at various levels, and post the transactions in AR. Sycamore developed custom application in AR to bring in this functionality. This functionality included development and customization of various forms, reports, interfaces and concurrent programs. Sycamore delivered all this new development using it’s onsite-offshore methodology under the budgeted cost and within pre-set deadlines.

Project : Data Migration  and Support
  Customer runs order management on external non-Oracle system. All invoices and customer data from there had to be imported in AR with custom development for Canada specific invoices. Sycamore did all the customizations specific to Canadian operations saving the users the trouble to do these changes manually, resulting in increased overall productivity.

Requirement : Product Advice is a gateway through which a user can inform customers about various events related to  product such as announcement of new product, price change, design change etc. Sycamore designed and developed this new innovative functionality through various forms and reports to incorporate customer needs.
